This document helps you troubleshoot some common issues related to your Apiax account.


I was not able to set up my account within 96 hours after receiving the Apiax onboarding email

If the period to set your account expired, reach out to Apiax support to get a new email.


I cannot find the onboarding email from Apiax.

Check the spam folder on your email client. If the email is not there, reach out to Apiax support to get a new email.


After setting up a password, I cannot proceed.

If you are having challenges setting up the account after selecting a password, check if your internal security policies allow running scripts for the domain, or ask your internal IT team to do it for you.



Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you're having issues with 2FA refer to the Setting up the 2-factor Authentication section of Apiax initial account setup.


I can't access the Apiax URLs

If you're having issues accessing the Apiax URLs (* and * get in touch with your IT network or security team and make sure the network firewalls and security controls are not preventing access to Apiax.
