Which is the preferred browser to access the apps?

You can access the Apiax apps with the latest version of the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

 

Do I need to have a double authentication method (Authenticator app or SSO)?

Apiax recommends using 2-Factor authentication (2FA) to increase the security level of your account.

To access the Apiax platform, you need to set up 2FA. See the Setting up the 2-factor Authentication section of Apiax initial account setup for setup instructions.

To access the Apiax apps, you only need your credentials.

 

Does the authenticator app work on iPhones and Android?

Yes. Apiax recommends always having the latest update on your phone.

Is the app available in multiple languages?

Apiax supports multiple languages upon request to the Apiax support.
